Dance Yourself Silly 
Lucy had her dance recital on June 24, 2008 with Expressions Dance. It was at Woods Cross High school and Grandma Adair came up for it. She was very excited to be on the stage and stood their beaming for a while before she could dance.
She also got to wear makeup and was constantly concerned if she still had lipstick on. Her hair had to be in a side ponytail, so this is what we came up with. Not to bad. She had so much fun that, unfortunately, Brandon is going to have to sit through more dance recitals in the future.

OMG that is sooo cute! You did a great job on her hair! I'm going to try that one on Eliza's hair. She looks adorable in her outfit. That is so up her alley - the outfit, makeup, how much better does it get????
The cutest part was after the recital. I went back to get Elie and Lucy was sitting down with like 8 other dancers playing duck-duck-goose in the hall. She did awesome, btw. We are going through the same thing with Elie. I think that we might actually do the preschool though, and they include the dance class-double bonus for us!
Katie, I didn't see you guys at the recital. I looked at the dress rehersal and finally decided you must be at a different time or didn't do it. Now I have to go back to my program and search for Eli's name again!

Elie was in the ballerina gets funky number. We were at rehearsals at 6 pm the night before. I saw Brandon at the concert, but I never found you. Thanks for the comments about my blog too. They really made my day
