Our family went to Moab over Memorial Weekend. The kids had a blast. It was the maiden voyage for our new camper and it worked out great. Talk about spoiled. We had the heater on the first night and the air conditioner on the rest. I told the kids we can't say "We're going camping" anymore. We must say "We're going 'traveling'". There is a HUGE difference.
We stayed at the Slickrock Campground just as your getting into town. We were able to go and see Indian writing up close. The kids thought that was the coolest!!! We visited Dead Horse Point and the Moab Arts Festival. The campground had a swimming pool and a playground that kept the kids entertained the rest of the time. We are already getting phone calls from friends Madison made at the playground. The little skunk gave out our phone number. :(

How fun. I used to camp alot with my family. We don't go too much anymore and I really miss it. I loved all the pictures. It is such a beautiful place.
